Shafiq’s professional career spans over 16 years, from online marketing and advertising to design.

As a design leader determining future color, design, and textile trends, from conception to finalized product, Shafiq has gained a proven track record of delivering brand and trend-relevant products that deliver.

His experience also includes management of factory allocations and quality control and capturing the current and future zeitgeist with brand-relevant products that connect with the consumer and, in return, drive sales.

Shafiq has dual degrees—Business Marketing from San Jose State in CA and Fashion from Parsons School of Design in NY.

He is continuously involved in mentorship programs with design schools and within the community.
